Hosting (No Maintenance) Policy
For customers who wish to completely
maintain their own sites (editing and
updates):

The customer will be responsible for
maintaining a current back up of the site.
Our Site Hosting plan will include a weekly
back up (daily for database hosting) but it
can not be guaranteed to be the most current
copy. For example, if our back ups take
place on Saturday and you make changes or
updates on Monday and a hardware failure
occurs on Tuesday…

Web Solutions Group and Carib Web Solutions will
provide a user name and password for
updating your site, as well as assist
with switching your domain to our
server. We will also offer support if
you have difficulty FTP’ing to your
website during the transition. These
services are included in the $50 set-up
fee.

If you need instruction in use of HTML Editing program
or FTP, we will provide instruction at
our standard hourly rate. We do not
support all software for editing or FTP
and we are happy to make recommendations
on user friendly programs.

If you experience any problems, please contact us. Web
Solutions Group and Carib Web Solutions
will diagnose the situation, correct any
issue on our side, and offer suggestions
if the problem is not on our side.

Recreating data or pages that were lost due to your
efforts (or your designer's efforts)
while updating your site will be billed
at your hourly design rate.
